The Pine Hill Arms was very cosy and well run. Our room was basic but very clean with plenty of fresh towels and nice quality cotton bedding. The hotel was obviously run w a lot of love and care by Jane and her team. This is the friendliest staff and guests too. Many guests drink and dine in the ski lodge inspired restaurant. We met so many of the guests who I was told live there on the weekends to come up to ski. We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful riparian location. Nicely designed rooms and smartly appointed. Easy to get to, great base for all kinds of Catskills attractions (we went skiing at Belleayre from here, easy drive).

The location is great. The room was really nice, quite simple but comfy. I enjoyed the grounds, with the Den where you can relax and watch dvds and the bonfires lit in the garden. It feels very homely.
