Mixed reactions, on the whole, great! When we arrived, the unit was dirty and there was not enough bedding for all the beds. We believe this is a rare occurrence, relative to other reviews. We also received a partial refund related to these issues. Future guests should realize that this unit is across US#1 from the ocean, so there is traffic in the foreground. There is no cell service and no landline, and our outgoing WIFI messages were sometimes garbled. Future guests should also know that the main outside entrance is through the bedroom, unless you leave the atrium doors open (unlocked). On the other hand, the views are sensational, and we saw a whale in August! Beach walking is even better, and this is the kind of access you dream about when planning a beach vacation. There are more cooking options than indicated in the listing, ranging from an electric skillet to a two-burner hot plate. An electric tea kettle would be wonderful. The living room/dining room/atrium are very comfortable and provide space for large families to gather. However, there are no closets for hanging clothes or storing suitcases.
