Overall we had a good experience. We really liked the temperature of the pool and hot tub. The bedding was what you'd expect from a hotel, my kids really enjoyed the scents of the soap, shampoo, etc. It was a huge hotel which my kids enjoyed.

Nice town, we ubered around into downtown Cleveland to visit Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: Hightly recommend seeing this! Also visited A Christmas Story house: another one I’d recommend! In my last review I stated that the hotel we stayed in was loud but that was because we were near the airport and by the train tracks, it had nothing to do with the hotel inside LOL. Very pleasant experience and hope to return again!

The hotel was clean, comfortable and all of the staff were friendly and always asked if there was anything they could do for you, even just passing by in the hallway. The ladies working at breakfast, Denise and Wanda, were so wonderful and made our experience much better. There is a train nearby and I have to say I was worried at first that the noise would be bothersome, but it was not. If you’re super sensitive to noise, they offer earplugs at check in, but they really weren’t necessary. Great stay, looking forward to staying here again.

The hotel was very run down.

The hotel was very run down. The electrical unit on the fourth floor literally fell through the floor and caught the building on fire. All the guests were evacuated and everything I had their burnt. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone

I was not familiar with the town and didn't have a good list of shopping or restaurants. I would have like to see something on things to do in the area. I could have answered your question # 4 if I had known Brooklyn had so much to offer. We were in Brooklyn for the Zoo for my granddaughters ages 1 and 3. They live in Akron and we were told Cleveland Zoo was nice, so we went there.

There was 4 of us in our group with 2 separate rooms.

There was 4 of us in our group with 2 separate rooms. My adult granddaughters share a room separate from ours. It was an adjourning room situation and the other guests kept trying to open the door, they were very loud. When another person would knock on their door, they kept it up for 10 minutes. I have never stayed at a facility with such disrespectful guests.
