Me and my family were freezing, heater did not work. I went down at 2 am for more blankets and they offered to change rooms, meaning I had to get every one and all our stuff, (which was a lot because I was repacking 4 people’s stuff for plane). Would not even give a partial refund.

If you like nature, then the location is great, far away from any towns. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. He came out at 9pm to fix the heating which did not work, so we could at least sleep warm.
