The location was alright, but the hotel breakfast was bad. I could have gotten a better breakfast from the local fast food facilities.

The beds were free of bed bugs but the bedding was questionable based on its appearance. The carpet was soiled with stains. The shower and the sink drains were slow. The noise level didn’t allow for sleep. The towels, wash cloths, sheets and bed coverings were old and dingy. The room smelled of mildew. The tub was dirty. I could never recommend this place. I felt like we came to stay at a hotel and ended up on a camping trip.

I brought a group of 27 high school students with chaperones for a field trip to DC. We had 6 queen suites and that was great. Metro station 5 minutes away was perfect. Wonderful breakfast and a large, comfortable "common area" for us to get together during our "down time".

Camp Spring area is home to Andrews Air Force Base.
Camp Spring area is home to Andrews Air Force Base. It's also close to areas like Clinton, Charles County, Saint Mary's, Leonardtown, Annapolis, and other southern Maryland historic areas. You can easily reach Washington, D.C. to visit many of the free museums along Constitution Avenue, N.W. There are numerous shopping centers and eateries in the Camp Springs areas, but it's not really an area to tour. The areas around this area are way more interesting, since Andrews is the main reason for Camp Springs. Rent a car.

I keep on saying the same girl keep checking me in with problems always with unfinished rooms or she keep messing up my dates for the room, after I already paid for them, she always on the phone but never behind the desk as the hours of work states if this continues I'll have to find another hotel on allentown road to do my business with. The hotel is great but I'm having alot of issues with the employees.

Great Location, right off the Hwy.
Great Location, right off the Hwy. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, that was a plus. The breakfast was ok, could of been better, they have freshly made cookies at the desk and we loved that. I will stay again.
Front desk employee are rude, when we reach there they are taking by their self with their own language they did not greet us we just stand there’s no waiting room or any chair to sit. Also we asked for restrooms the lady on front desk says there’s no restrooms. After that we left there and went somewhere for restroom after that comeback for hotel key. When we come for room key she’s like I was looking for you guys I saw you guys are standing outside. That mean she try to pretend to be nice.
The hotel was supposed to be 100% smoke-free but every floor smelt like smoke because people were smoking and you could see the ashes there were no snacks or anything in the vending machines. I could not call to the front desk from my room. The electrical outlets were horrible, and it was just dirty And mold in the ice machine. The housekeeping staff was the best though.
Absolutely nothing. The place is awful. I wouldn't stay there. I booked a different hotel from their parking lot. The clerk had me look at the room before she checked me in and agreed to cancel at no charge after my assessment. I found later she charged me for one night anyway.
I was turned away from discrimination, and they said my booking was confirmed I was charged and they hotel specialist at the front desk said it wasn't paid for but It came out of my account 09/03/23
The breakfast was amazing. Great food that was put out right at 6am. The hotel followed every COVID-19 protocol. The room was clean every day. The staff was friendly and helpful.
There was nothing at the hotel that we liked. It was dirty and smelly. It had all the amenities but everything looks stinking. The hotel didn't give us the welcoming feeling.
Hotel was roach infested and I still have not received my money back. It was a a dump. I would rather sleep on a park bench than spend one night in that roach motel.
