Excellent breakfast and very accommodating staff. Lovely location and room as well. We were pleasantly surprised since we expected a very run of the mill motel. We would return when we have time to enjoy the lovely location on the water.

A great place to get away, especially if you want to be close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. York beach and many other attractions are within 15-30 minutes. Cape Neddick is a very nice community with a nice beach of it's own and plenty of good restaurants. I'd recommend Ruby's Wood Grill. There is a scenic drive along the shore called Shore Drive that is spectacular! Beautiful Maine scenery with gorgeous ocean vistas along the way.

Cape Neddick offers the scenic experience as well a genuine feel for the state of Maine. The people are extremely nice and have been so respectful of space. Ogunquit is so close which is one of my favorite beaches. .

    We loved our little cottage.

We loved our little cottage. It was in a great location, neat as could be, and cozy for our short stay. We traveled with 3 children (11, 6, and 10 months) and we had enough room to be comfortable. The older kiddos asked to stay longer, and I wish we could have! We wanted to see Portland Head Light, so we drove north and ate at The Lobster Shack in Cape Elizabeth. The kids loved Short Sands beach and York, which are very close! Nubble Lighthouse was beautiful at night, especially with a full moon. Lovely trip!
