Our floor had some stuff left on it the beds was old an not very comfy. But with that said they where rvery friendly an very professional. Was easy for my handicap ma. Sucked there was no fridge but that's ok. Out side was clean no little cute shampoo or conditioner bottles either there nice to see . Sheets was on point tho. Not enough pillows. But I like fluffy lol.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were very comfortable. The price was pretty reasonable, but honestly I feel people over charge for everything nowadays. I was very satisfied with my stay because there was so much in the area and you could walk to at least 7 or more places to eat.

There were NO supplies: no breakfast, no actual coffee, never asked about room cleaning—just didn’t do it, no soap or shampoo/conditioner etc. after one tiny bar (3 people for 5 days), room keys never worked without re-activation, smell of smoke in no-smoking room, blow dryer worked but covered with hair —dirty filter. I've stayed there many times and I've never had a issue with anything. Check in was great... Mr Sam the manager was excellent. Everyone had a great attitude. All the workers were nice. Rooms super clean. Very quiet. Amazing

The area was good.
The area was good. I was there for my class reunion for Catonsville High. So I was familiar with the area. However, I would not recommend the Ramada Inn West to anyone-since it was very unclean. The rooms need to be fumigated to get rid of the roaches.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast isn’t the biggest of variety but will get your day started. If you don’t find what your like you can order room service. If you don’t want to order room service there is a mall across the street from the hotel with a grocery store, Sam’s club. Checkers is right next to the hotel and chick fil-a is across the street from the hotel. We also did some thrifting found a thrift store 6 minutes from the hotel. This hotel is in a perfect area very quiet and calm neighborhood. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The pool and fitness center was an added plus. That was my main reason for booking. Plenty of free parking in front of the hotel or in the back. The front of the hotel has a lounge area it was a little brisk at night. But there was a beautiful red stone fire pit to keep us warm along with a calming water fall. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I felt very safe and secure due to the cameras in the hall and throughout the hotel. My stay was too short I will surely book again in the future and try the spa next time.Samela
