The beds were divine, and the shower was perfect! The room was spacious. View as you expect in the middle of the city. The staff present was nice and helpful.

Well, we got there very early in the morning and our room had been given to someone else (I tried to call twice and I emailed that we were going to be really late) but the gentleman at the front desk apologized and got us another room ASAP and it was a great room, plenty of room for me and my family to be totally comfortable and had a nice view of the city! The people during the day at the front and other staff was approachable and very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the pool area was clean and my kids had a blast. We enjoyed most of our and mostly had a great experience.
