There was no breakfast. It was near the interstate which was convenient but noisy. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the coffee in the morning.
The Comfort Inn hotel is ideally located in Thomas County, south of Interstate 70 and adjacent to the Oasis Travel Center shopping and dining area including Starbucks Coffee.

Beds were comfortable and the heater worked great.
The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.
The bad part is they don’t tell you that house keeping cleans every other day unless you ask for it and then they missed the day before I checked out.
Be sure you look at your bill when you check out make sure it’s right.

All of the state was dry and empty.
All of the state was dry and empty. This town was the only thing to see, and I was tired. The first thing I noticed is they love pizza. This tiny town had to have at least 11 pizza places, this is important to the public. I drove some around the town and saw they like their city parks. There were more than 2. I never got out of the car. It was relatively warm. It appears there is not much diversity in employment. In fact, I have little idea other than farming what these people do for work well. There is welfare and pizza. I do not recommend adding this to your must-sees when you travel, but maybe to your church's prayer list. Yeah, they need something to perk this sleepy town up.

We were just passing through on our way to Rapid City.
We were just passing through on our way to Rapid City. I booked online so I didn't know much about this hotel. I chose it because it was right off the highway that we would be taking on our way to Rapid City. I ended up really liking it because of the location. It was attached to an awesome restaurant and next to a dog park and store. Then I realized how comfortable the beds were. I wished I had more time, so that I could enjoy the indoor pool. It looked so inviting. I will definitely stay there again.

Colby has places to eat on Sunday ONLY south of I-70. It's a nice little town. There are several good places to eat---China Buffet, Village Inn (closes at 3:00 p.m.), Gambino's pizza (NOT open Sunday), Qdoba.

Wildland Fires filled the hotel with the smell of smoke.
Wildland Fires filled the hotel with the smell of smoke. Management should have automatically discount travelers, due to the hotel NOT being "smoke free" as advertised. It was handy to have a small store in the lobby, but could have included some breakfast. Check-in guy was funny and friendly. When I mentioned the "smoke" they could have taken initiative to automatically offer a discount, free juice, or something, to offset our sore throats
We ran into car issues on our way to Colorado. Thankfully, we arrived in Colby, and the hotel staff were very understanding of our situation. We were able to get a room and even got to check in right away. The hotel was clean and has a small pool and hot tub. The best part - they allow your furry friends!
The staff were very nice, the room was cheap and they allow pets. It served its purpose, a late night check in from a long drive right off the highway and close to a McDonald's and Starbucks. Just up the road is a dog park where the Starbucks is and a gas station, and other hotels)
I was VERY well pleased! Please be aware, they are renovating! May look old & outdated from outside, but the rooms are updated & VERY CLEAN!! I'd rather stay in old hotels as to new ones! Price was right too! I'd definitely stay here again!*****
We paid for a business king room with pets; we go second floor (15 steps) regular king, no breakfast, as advertised, a TV that didn't work, a hotel that had stud walls and cement floors over much of the property.
