Exceeded expectations on every category: staff, bedding, kitchen facilities, room aircon on upon arrival, breakfast, gym! Big fridge, cushy bedding! Absolutely delighted with the free laundry!! Whoever heard of such a thing?!
The desk manager fixed a pre-arrival reservation change issue without a fuss. Price is favorable compared to others in the area with less amenities. A superior stay all around!

OK Hotel, good value, friendly staff, clean - but the building is tired. I would stay there again though.

Location was great in a quiet town.
Room size quiet big

This place is awful!!! From being charged 3x, to having the guy at front desk so rude, to the bed totally uncomfortable, to booking 2 beds only to find the room with one. Had to beg to get a roll a way bed. Then had to beg for a blanket for the rollaway. The jacuzzi tub didn't work, there was mold all around the tub, the tub actually leaked bad...resulting in a huge puddle by the doorway, going on the carpet. Good thing I was going slow, I could have fallen! The room was non smoking, but you could smell smoke. The drapes did NOT shut all the way, and the freezer was full of frost so it could not be used. The furniture was in bad condition and the dresser had a huge chunk taken out of it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! THE FRONT DESK GUY WAS SO RUDE!!! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

June 14 2022 , We came in at 12:30am exhausted and I told the guy with white beard that I paid for a whole week. He immediately said No you did not. Showed him my app booking. He was rude and we were exhausted from the flight and it was a long flight. So I didn’t want argue with him just want hit the bed. Deal with it later. The next day I talked with a lady and they cleared it up and apologized.
Wish they vending machine instead of going in room and charge on room. They were expensive.
Pool was awesome and the room was cleaned and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. The room service was awesome. The price was kinda high but I got good deal out of it. Would come back again and tried for August 16 ,2022 and it turns out the price have gone up a lot! So went to another hotel instead .

It’s a cute town!
It’s a cute town! Very clean and peaceful, almost fancy in a sense? We unfortunately didn’t get as much time to sight see on this trip. But it was lovely enough to make plans to come back and stay longer!

The highway thru was hectic driving, but the back roads were gorgeous and very serene, there was always something to see. Alot of old historic like buildings, would be fun to spend a day just exploring. Alot of Italian restaurants like real Italian dishes they were incredible I wish I could've tried them all!
We stopped at this hotel for one night on the way to ocean city. The employees at the front desk were very nice during check in. My kids loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was great. They ran out of bacon but immediately brought more out and came to let me know when it was filled. Loved the service
The hotel has a beautiful and elegant lobby. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The carpets and bathroom vanity, walls, and fixture are exceptionably nice and clean. The breakfast has many items to satisfy different tastes. Staff are every helpful.
Super clean, staff actively cleaning! Very attractive property with pond, gazebo , outdoor areas, sits majestically on a country hillside. Interior was gorgeous. Great coffee. Great dinner!!
The hotel was fine. We were in some serious traffic that made us 2 hours late to arrive. I called the hotel to let them know and they were very accommodating.
