Copper Harbor is a beautiful place that is less populated than most resort type towns. The locals are very laid back. It reminded us of Hawaii. Lots to see and do there if you like the outdoors. We took a kayak tour of Lake Superior and enjoyed it very much.

Small town at the end of michigan that has become a mecca for Mountain bikers in the Midwest. Plenty of attractions within a half hour of Copper Harbor (Cliff Drive, High Rock, Bare Bluff, Estivant Pines, Montreal Falls, Brockway Mountain, and Hungarian falls just to name a few). A selection of great restaurants in and around Copper Harbor

The town has good restaurants, plenty of walking trails,and of course the glorious Lake Superior. Friendly staff everywhere we went. Plenty of places open on weekends in autumn. A few closed on Monday.
