Any bad reviews were done by people expecting a 5-star hotel. This is middling hotel, convenient and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They even accommodated us by moving us closer to the lobby so my 91 year old mother didn't have to walk very far.
All guests were friendly, as well. The hot breakfast was adequate and well provided.
The room was large and provided enough space to relax at the end of the day. Cable was well provided, WiFi connection was good.
I was pleasantly surprised, based on the previous reviews. It was nice.

Room was clean the day of arrival. I asked for the room to be clean all 3 nights but house keeping never came. I had to ask the front desk for towels daily. Had to empty my trash and make bed each day. Even after I reminded the front desk to clean the room it was not done. Breakfast was pretty good for my guest but I’m vegetarian so there were no options for me which is common.Payton - 8.0Scored 8.0

North Lake Texoma is right within driving distance, and...
North Lake Texoma is right within driving distance, and there are several great restaurants, including Cotton Patch and The Jalapeno Tree. We haven't made it to The Point on North Lake Texoma but plan to. It is close so you could drive into Dallas and surrounding areas easily off Highway 75.

Very roomy throughout. Bedrooms, kitchen, living room and game room very spacious and accommodating. Everything was very neat and clean. Very close to just about anything.
