The rooms are spacious and clean. The receptionist, Colin, was very nice and smiling, and he tried to help you with enthusiasm, answering all your questions, and explaining everything to you very kindly. Thank you, Colin. There is also the plumber, I don’t know his name. He was very wonderful and solved the problem of cold water in the bathroom as quickly as possible, and he was smiling.

It was clean and everything in working order. Nothing fancy about it, but for the price I’m happy with it. I just need a roof over my head and a clean room and I’m good which this did for me.

Location was easily accessible and parking was fine. Staff was helpful, although no one was at the desk when I arrived and there was no buzzer to notify someone I was there. Not there long enough to interact with other staff. Room was clean.

I am an original resident of Denville, 42 years ago and I love it there. I also used to live on Morris Avenue. That is what made me want to stay at your hotel. Plus on Green Pond Road just around the corner from the hotel is the Hibernia Diner.

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!! The staff charged me twice for the same booking, luckily I noticed the error on my credit card statement. After a lot of back and forth with customer service, I spoke with the hotel manager who blamed the error on Booking.com. When I contacted Booking.com they did not acknowledge any error on their side. The hotel manager agreed to undo the second charge but due to the fluctuations in exchange rate I did not get back all the money that I was overcharged. I called again to ask for the refund to be paid in full and the manager was curt and not helpful. He told me to contact Booking.com, but they were not able to do anything either so in the end I never got all my money back.
