Loved the location and the staff are friendly. This property sits on the edge of a hill, on the east side of the Hudson River. Boasting one of the most breathtaking unobstructed, beautiful sunsets 🌅 🌅 you will ever see in your life. Most properties can only dream about 🌅🌅😴😴😊😊

Clean and comfortable and it is 'homey' having your landlord upstairs in the house. Hue (landlord) is very knowledgeable on the area, resturants etc.

Room was great - v clean and spacious. Felt larger than the 20msq indicated in the description. Water pressure was good. There's breakfast and parking available, and it is only a 10+ mins drive to woodbury outlets. Will definitely stay again.

For the price per night you expect at least better room than what I got. No stopper at sink faucet, carpet was burned at 2 different spots (big burns)
Management did nothing. Expected some discount at least

The people there and in the surrounding towns were very nice. Andy's, in Highland Falls(next town north) had some of the best food. I will definitely be back. There is hiking at Bear Mountain Inn and peddle boats. Just an awesome experience. Easy access to Manhattan. Took the train at Garrison to Grand Central Station. Beautiful Train ride. The West Point Museum and campus tour are worth checking out.

The hotel is a bit old but it seems it is undergoing some renovation, so that may change soon. The staff were nice and helpful and I felt very welcome. The room I was staying in was nice, spacious and clean (a bit old though). The breakfast was good and tasty as well, not the widest selection, but it had everything that was needed and even hot cinnamon buns. There is a good size swimming pool and spacious parking as well.
The price was great for what we were given, free good Breakfast was an added bonus. We stayed at another hotel the night before but paid more for way less such as the indoor pool, good breakfast. The other hotel had terrible breakfast. Great wolf inn is very nice, But I rather stay at the holiday inn, which is just as nice, but has more things to do especially if you have small children.
The location is great if you need access to USMA. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the main gate and it is an easy drive. There is a very small gym, which is better than no gym, but it is not fancy by any means.
The hotel was nicely appointed and located in a convenient area that was safe and near services. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff fast and efficient.
