Accommodations were apartment-like, rather than just a bedroom/bathroom. You can make and eat your meals in the kitchenette. Fully equipped with pans, plates, cups, glasses and utensils. Located in a very beautiful area with much to do. View of Mount Rainier from one of the windows. The entrance is private and we never had to bother the hosts. Only met the host coincidentally as we were departing the property and she was out in the backyard with the dogs. There was no "meet and greet." Not an issue as that can be a positive depending on what one is looking for in an accommodation.

Where to start? This is the most beautiful, relaxing, comfortable place I have ever stayed. The views are stunning and perfect for those needing to escape and clear the head, or even to find peace to focus. I was in the region for medical treatment and found the place perfect - big constantly changing panoramic views, occasional deer on the lawn in the morning, incredible sunsets, and watching bald eagles from the hot tub. I cannot rate this place, or the host, highly enough.

The Tacoma Dome is less than 2 miles from the hotel. Guests can enjoy a restaurant on site and a spa and wellness centre. Rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV with pay options.

There for a concert at the Dome, was easy access if you pop down the hill and hop on the tram, maybe 3 min walk. A few places around to get a bite to eat or a nice beer. Room was clean, comfy bed and a good shower was all I needed so I was happy
