Hotel is 1/4 off I-70 easy on off access, I got checked in...
Hotel is 1/4 off I-70 easy on off access, I got checked in at 7:30pm and all 1st floor rooms were taken, they gave me 2nd floor room which was quiet enough and clean and comfy. I had several bags of luggage and had to climb stairs three times because no elevator onsite, at 72yrs I got a work out! Green River is a small town with the John Powell museum...
Green River is a small town with the John Powell museum right next to the hotel. Has a couple good restaurants and a nice grocery store. There are lots of Jeep and ATV trails right out of Green River

Great room great breakfast buffet and made to order breakfast. Fantastic restaurant next door having great food at great prices The Tamarisk. Would like to have used hotels kitchen plates to heat up food brought back but wasn’t allowed. Everything worked out great

We didnt spend much time in town but there were good restaurants, a good museum. and a decent coffee shop. ( a must for us). It was a good base for bicycling.. We ate at Rays, the Tamarisk... both good. We will definitely go back sometime to explore more dirt roads. Also the melons were great. took 4 home!janeUnited States
