The pool was wonderful!! A little slippery when you got out so you had to be careful. Breakfast was nice.
The room was nice. The bathroom was huge. I felt safe and slept well at night.

The room smelled strangely of mildew. The carpet was dirty and I was glad I brought my sandals to wear. The ceiling had stains and wet spots all over. The temperature was difficult to regulate. I was actually afraid due to the transient feel. Would have left immediately but just had a hip replaced and was exhausted. The bed seemed clean. However, all of my clothes in my suitcase had to be washed, worn or not, because they absorbed the mildew smell.

The pool was being repaired and there was contsruction going on during our stay. NO ONE ADVISED US OF THIS BEFORE ARRIVAL AND A BIG PART OF OUR WEEKEND WAS TO BE SWIMMING. I feel a complete refund is in order . We were told we should have asked about the pool before we arrived.....PLEASE TELL THIS PERSON THEY SHOULD HAVE ADVISED THIS AUTOMATICALLY WHEN WE CALLED TO CONFIRM OUR RESERVATION!!!! I would have cancelled and found a different facility. Call me about this matter as I am lodging a complaint with whomever or where ever I need to get satisfaction. The fact it was close to my daughter home. The area is near a lot of venues. But I requested non smoking. The room and lobby smelled of smoke. Parking a nightmare untrimmed bushes made 2 of the four parking spots unavailable then 3 Simi truck cabs took up other 2 spots

Over priced for the room we got, paid 400$ for 2 night 2 queen size bed room, the room was a lot smaller than the pictures and the beds were to full size beds they wasn’t even queens, the exercise room was small and not what is pictured on site, they was also working on the hotel witch was not mentioned at all anywhere.. Would not return

I did like the accommodations.
I did like the accommodations. It was pretty, updated, clean. Very pleasant. I didn’t like the substitute breakfast due to Covid restrictions. I totally understand you must abide by Covid restrictions so a bag breakfast was ok but how about a better choice- a boiled egg, a carton of yogurt , a container of juice or milk- a muffin, granola bar, apple and water doesn’t work well for me. I would come back next time I travel to Tenn. But I hope the breakfast would be better. I stayed at another motel in Elizabethtown Kentucky- they had a staff member fill a take out container for each guest with many choices even waffles and eggs! She wore gloves and mask, and only she touched the items. You don’t have to necessarily go to this measure but you certainly could improve it!

Greenwood is a great suburb, 10 or so miles south of...
Greenwood is a great suburb, 10 or so miles south of indianapolis. Massive shopping area central to town, tons of great food, and a couple really nice golf courses you shouldn't pass up. Two major roads run North/South and sandwich the shopping district, so travel is pretty easy and straightforward. There are at least 2 restaurants that are still operating, and busy, even after about 40 years. Just ask around for old or unique options. There are two new and awesome parks in town and one has some water park features for the summer months.

Shower curtain had a whole in it. Ceiling in the shower had a whole in it and was stuffed with toilet paper. No Kleenex in Kleenex dispenser. Had to ask for toilet paper. No mat to stand-on after taking a shower. Remote didn't work. Maintenance found one that worked. TV picture was not clear. No light by the entrance door. Lighting in the room was poor.
