The breakfast was phenomenal.. brought my son there to swim .the pool was ok but the breakfast was the highlight..so many choices and they were all delicious.. I’ve stayed at the same type of hotel in a different location and this tops any breakfast I’ve had..kudos to you!

I got extended stay for 2 days they didn’t change my rm I asked for rm service n didn’t get it I wanted my sheets changed n they didn’t do it they stated the dryer was down if the dryer was down why didn’t they just give me a new rm with clean sheets I vacuum the rm on my own n I deserve something for my inconvenience

I had to wait 20 minutes for anyone to check me in Friday night. I had called several times to ask questions about the hotel. When I got checked in she was not very friendly or helpful. She (Katrina ) was very unprofessional and unfriendly! We checked out the room to make sure for bed bugs. pulled out the sofa bed and it was dirty sheets, a hair in the sheet, the springs was coming out of the backside of the mattress , food wrappers in the bed. It looked like bugs in the sheets. She told me the pool was closed all weekend with no explanation after we checked it. The bathroom was nasty dirty! I was so mad I went down to the front desk. She refused to cancel my reservation and clean the room. She wouldn’t give me credit for my room for the weekend. I had to call corporate 3 times to get a cancellation and refund offered to me. This was a family vacation with family for my grandson birthday. We had to rush around trying to find accommodations after we walked out of that Hampton Inn. She charged my credit card for the room Friday night. The elevator didn’t work right. My family was stuck in the elevator and the door wouldn’t open or close. I told my family to get off the elevator. I would never recommend this Hampton Inn location at all! It looked like a bug or something on the wall. It was so gross. I want my refund that the gentleman from corporate said that he would escalate my complaint for supervisor! I will never spend another dime in your company! I will stay at another business. That hotel was the nastiest place I’ve ever seen. They had bed bugs!AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

The hotel was easy to find, however there wasn't much directly around it. We had to drive a bit to get to shopping/ restaurants. A great place to eat was The Wheel Restaurant. It's located close to Chicago and near the Lake.

The free breakfast was great and very good. Pancake make nice touch compared to waffle maker which takes so much time and very messy. Also the variety of jimmy Dean sandwiches that you microwave were tasty and fast and yogurt dispensers with different granola toppings a nice touch. You get what you pay for and it was worth it.
You get what you pay for and it was worth it. My sisters and I were traveling to a Pastor Sarah Jakes Roberts, Revolution Tour from Erie, PA. We wanted to be somewhere close but nice. We ended up being about 16 min from where we needed to be which was good. There were fast food restaurants and a couple department stores and a Walmart nearby. We ate at JJs fish and chicken. If you're allergic to fish don't go. Chicken wings were good they're just cooked closely with the fish.🤷🏽♀️ Good pick. Clean. I'll definitely stay again even If I'm not splitting the cost.😄

I'm the Father Of The Bride and had a number of friends and family that had to wait for hours to get their rooms, some missed the actual wedding ceremony! One was denied a room even after he was told to come back because the room wasn't ready just yet, when he came back the room was rented to someone else even though he booked over a month before through my daughter's wedding code. He drove home drunk over an hour, not cool!!!
