We liked the location. Was clean & quiet. We did have a problem with the tv remote, but the person at the front desk was great. She was able to troubleshoot & fix the problem within a few minutes.

Location was great for us as our stay was all about Opryland and the Grand Ole Opry so we could walk there an back.

Hermitage is a great city just outside of Nashville that...
Hermitage is a great city just outside of Nashville that offers travelers a few hotel options, many air bnb options, access to shopping of all sorts, public transit is accessible easily throughout the whole area. There is an emergency room Incase of emergency, park for the kids right beside the library and community center...all around the police station. An insane amount of options for eating, restaurants of all types all around. You can easily access all major highways from all sides of town and it's just a short drive into the city. Uber,and Lyft are available here as well.

Property was well used and not exceptionally clean (specifically the refrigerator), a bit crowded with the small card table and chairs necessary for eating. I think it was the two double beds in the room that made it not quite "comfortable". Couldn't understand where all the cars came from after sunset!! Honestly not a whole lot to do actually in Hermitage, there...
Honestly not a whole lot to do actually in Hermitage, there is "The Hermitage" which is a nice place to go with kids. (Or without) In the summer there is Nashville Shores which is always a great time if you like water parks. The proximity to Nashville and Opry Mills is excellent though, and the hotels are a lot cheaper in this area. You can pay about half the price of downtown and be a quick car ride from either place. In my opinion so much better than staying on the fringes of Nashville, nicer area for sure.

great place close to events an base rooms very nice and up to date breakfast was ok always out of coffee or fruit, pancake machine also we had to get towels daily for our room, and we weren't told do not clean on weekends, or every other day during the week unless requested

The property has the best curbside appeal in comparison to other hotels in its proximity. Our stay was plesant and the staff was friendly and responsive to our request and needs.

Our room was SO clean we wondered if we were the first to stay there! And the towels were soft and had excellent drying power. (Good towels are not always a given at motel/hotels.)
