Pros: *Able to cook *Adequate kitchen supplies *Clean shower, toilet, sink, refrigerator *Good appliances such as: refrigerator, washer and dryer Cons: -Overgrown yard -Continuous - Nasty flies (fly fest) during the entire stay -Most UNCOMFORTABLE (dated bedroom) bed concrete box on the bottom and dated box springs as a mattress -Porch gates were dragging and not properly affixed

This is a beautiful little house that located in a cove in Lake Whitney. After looking for a decent place to stay for a price we could afford this was the place we chose because it looked clean and wasn't pricey at all. When we walked in we knew it was the perfect place, It was clean and smelled good. The house looked almost new and even though we are used to a king bed at home the bed was very comfortable. They didn't skimp on the mattress as a matter of fact we liked the house so much we thought about downsizing and buying a smaller home kind of like this one to live in fulltime. It rained most of the time we were there, so we couldn't enjoy the lake much but we had a great time just getting away from the city and just resting and relaxing. Netflix was free and we watched a few movies and played games we had brought. If I ever go back to Lake Whitney, we will definitely go back to this place the next time. Oh, and by the way, it is very close to the marina where you can rent boats for the day or half a day and other things like kayaks. One last thing, my wife left some of her clothes in a bag in the bedroom and we called and they had found them and they sent them to us by mail and didn't even charge us. Anywhere else and those clothes would have been history
