The price was high for whT was deliver but not awful so I got what I paid for, which was .... I got very little enjoyment. Beds were absolutely awful. The room is old and dingy. No refrigerator, only a microwave and coffee maker.

Motel 6 is pretty much like the value menu at McDonald’s when I’m used to eating pizza and fried chicken. So I can’t say too much be Steve don’t use their hotels often. However it was convenient, close to our semi parking, and easy to check in and out of. I didn’t like the traffic and people talking all night long outside of my door and the rain caused a few homeless to sleep around our stairs that night. There was a convenient store in the same parking lot, but the floors were hard, the bed mattress was hard , and the microwave and toilet handles were old. I think we had coffee and orange curtains, but otherwise it rained all day and we couldn’t do much but Watch TV

I was exhibiting at an event in Albany, so only stayed in Lebanon overnight. It seems depressed and dirty. Not many restaurant options. Unless you have family there, I would drive right on by, and not stop for anything.

It's a location destination, somewhere you go for business or, as in my case, to visit family. It's a small town with very little to do, no good restaurants and no real shopping. Not where you go unless you have to.

Lebanon is a small city of about 18,000 people. It has a pleasant downtown but the main commercial area is on the south end of town along US Highway 20.
Be sure to check out the local Albany & Eastern Railroad's public excursion trains.

Visiting Brownsville was the goal of this overnight trip,...
Visiting Brownsville was the goal of this overnight trip, and the easy drive from Lebanon (about 20 minutes through scenic farmland) gave me plenty of time to explore Brownsville then spend a relaxing evening at the hotel. The restaurant is good and, if weather permits, dining outside is a treat since the beautiful garden and pond are right there to enjoy. I would have liked an extra day or two to drive around the countryside and see some of the covered bridges. It’s a short drive east of I-5, so even if you’re just passing through and looking for somewhere to stop for the night, this is a really nice place to stay.

This property is magnificent and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The design elements in this Hotel are impressive beyond compare. The Japanese Garden and waterfall area are the end to a perfect day. In all honesty, I would have paid 2 - 3 times as much for a comparable Hotel. I highly recommend this gem to anyone traveling through central Oregon. You won't want to leave and think you found paradise.
Clean. Comfy. Great staff. Convenient location. Excellent restaurant for dinner. Wonderful breakfast. Pool & hot tub we're open and delightful. They even have cookies in the lobby!!! This hotel is managing the COVID accommodations like a champ--staff serve breakfast, cookies are individually wrapped. They are making it work without skimping on amenities. This hotel stay has FAR exceeded our expectations.
The price: I was attending a three-day convention in a hotel at the north end of near-by Albany but could not afford the room rates. The room was well cleaned except for a left-over bar of soap on the tub/shower. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. My room was far enough from the adjacent US Highway 20 that the traffic noise was not bad.
I am in a wheelchair but when I arrived they would not help with my bags. The accessible bathroom was very poorly designed. The housekeeping was truly terrible the food was bland. This was a BW Premier which makes me wonder how bad the regular Best Westerns are. About half the staff were good but couldn't make up for how bad everything else was.
Oh the house was GORGEOUS, very spacious, newly renovated and stocked full of all sorts of goodies. We had such a relaxing and delightful time. If I visit again, I will definitely stay here. Better than any hotel in the area hands down.
