The host was amazing and gave us recommendations on what to do in the area. We didn’t know what to expect but the cottage was super cute and well-equipped. It even had a little make up remover towel. The excellence comes in the details. We were very happy and we will return!

The room was ginormous! We had a twin and it had a jacuzzi in the lounge area with the TV and fire. Bathroom was bigger than my kitchen! Beds were comfy, it was peaceful and the grounds were well kept. Breakfast was very good and staffing wise Dave was very helpful including helping my friend get extra blankets in the middle of the night.

Great little place.
Great little place. Nice if it would have been in walking distance of Camden but nonetheless a sweet, uncrowded place to hang our hats for a couple nights. Mount Battie was an excellent hike for us. Lincolnville is a very small village, not a lot of action...
Lincolnville is a very small village, not a lot of action there, but a nice little beach. But if you are looking for a peaceful get-a-way where your hotel is not next to a major highway or in a busy city, the Spouter Inn in Lincolnville is the place to go. If you are looking for nightlife, it's only a short drive away.

The homemade baked goods were delivered fresh to our room daily and they each made wonderful suggestions of places to go and things to see while we were there. It was very personal service and made it feel like you were staying with family or friends rather than a motel. The Inn itself is very quaint, and actually quite charming with porch rockers, a fire pit and hanging baskets. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Marc and Linda are superb hosts and could not be more welcoming, offering advice on places to visit as well as delivering delicious breakfasts. There is an honesty bar in the property and two great Lobster Shacks to eat at within a stones through. It's a must stay for anyone doing a New England road trip and we cannot recommend more highly.
