The old guy in the front desk was so rude, He probably had a bad day but there is no reason for him
to act that way, I booked online, and when I got my email confirmation, I went to the property to check in, this guy told me there is no available room which I just made reservation

Used to have bars and restaurants and things to do. Now only a Mexican food place (one step up from fast food), a family restaurant that closes early, and one liquor store. Skip this town and stay in Deming.Andrew - 4.0Scored 4.0

Staff was excellent, very friendly and professional. Unfortunately my 11 year old granddaughter discovered that the toilet was not secured to the floor properly, which lead to an extremely awkward situation for her and prevented us from using the toilet.

I like that the restaurant next door delivered but does close early. The area seemed safe to me. The room was clean and large. I will be staying there again this month. The hotel was great. Hampton Inn. There is a large truck stop (is it Loves Truck Stop? I can't remember) and a Denny's there. I remember going through and stopping to eat at the Denny's in June 2020 when I drove to see my dad in Texas. I stopped at the same location on my way back to CA in Nov 2021. I only stopped for gas and the bathroom. That's what I love about NM and Arizona. Women can stop in any gas station and go pee, because their are LARGE RESTROOM signs all over... unlike Southern California. We can't pee anywhere expect outside! Lordsburg really made me rethink NM. This property should be either shut down for a total renovation and reopened with new management or sold by Wyndom as an independent business. The location is great for IH10 travelers but in addition to it's poor condition and management, it is sadly lacking support businesses such as restaurants for those travelers.

Room was very clean. Lots of fluffy towels. Very comfortable beds. We were pulling a 41ft trailer and there was plenty of room to park it overnight. Small Mexican restaurant right across the street open late and serves great food. Diner next door open in the morning if you want breakfast before hitting the road.
