The stay itself was very pleasant. Far better than the 5/10 I’ve given this review. The rooms were large and comfortable, staff were friendly and breakfast was adequate.
BUT we were charged by the hotel for our 2 rooms despite having prepaid on Booking.com. Mistakes happen. But the hotel did not respond to my messages about this issue nor did they respond to Booking.com’s attempts to resolve the issue. The representative for Booking.com said they will not tolerate this behaviour and I hope they do not.
Terrible customer service has spoilt what was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is clean and we had a room in a quiet area of the hotel. The breakfast is standard. The coffee machine that made lattes and cappuccinos was amazing. They still have housekeeping by request.

We stayed in Louisville due to the quick proximity to Boulder & The mountains. Nice town- but we weren't there for eating & shopping, but for hiking & driving....etc.....and that was awesome. Just don't pick the Marriot Hotel, they sucked.
Every morning & some afternoons- went to Moe's for breakfast-fast, delicious- decent pricing. Went to Magnolia Road for edibles- tip- Fridays are buy 2 get one free---which meant I got 3 things of gummies for the price of two :)

It is a pretty little cookie cutter town. Nice houses and golf courses. Upscale area. Safe. Cheaper hotel prices because they are outside of Boulder, but not too far that Boulder is a pain to get to.

The location was exceptionally clean and the beds comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast burritos in the morning the most. They have complimentary coffee and cold bottled water all day long which was very important in Colorado to stay hydrated. On-site amenities included a nice fitness room, outdoor pool, and jacuzzi. All very well maintained and clean.
This property was under construction and many of the facilities were not available yet you charged us almost $200 a night! All you could do at this place was sleep, shower and watch tv. This hotel should not be open. Thankfully Marriott let us out of 3 of our four nights. They said they had told you the property should be clearly listed as under construction. The construction note was listed under property information. I disappointed bin Book.com
Stayed here 3 separate times, great hotel and staff. Really close to Boulder, 15 mins to Pearl Street. Great breakfast (fruits, eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cereal, pancakes). Our room had a full length mirror, microwave, couch, 2 TVs, separate sink and bathroom. Plenty of parking. Loved the small touches like the cookies and candy at reception. Shout out to Mark for his restaurant recommendations and hospitality!
This hotel was the cleanest hotel we have been in years. The lady that cleaned the rooms Elena Martinez, had it spotless. She was very helpful with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The beds very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The lady that took care of the breakfast was also attentive to us.
The variety of the breakfast food was quite good for this kind of hotel. The location is also ideal if you need to be near Louisville. I also liked the businesslike manner of the staff. It makes me uncomfortable when hospitality industry employees are fawning. It is a fine line, though.
The breakfast was a decent quality. The facilities were clean, neat and the bed was comfortable, especially the pillows. The location is great: walking distance from public transport and convenient to restaurants. The staff was friendly and attentive.
I would choose this hotel again.
Breakfast was inviting in the morning and free coffee all day . The location is convenient to travel. Staff polite courteous and welcoming. If you are on a budget and want to stay in an affordable place with some nice free amenities this is a good place. Also very pet friendly.
TV was excellent..great programs. I like the Louisville hotels off 36 as they have quick drive to Boulder without paying Boulder prices. Housekeeping folks were very friendly and my bed (king) was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine and reservation process was easy.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable, all staff were friendly and professional, and breakfast was amazing. I had stayed in a different hotel in a different state prior to this, and this was such a nice surprise! I will definitely stay here again when I return!
There is nothing we like. Staff did not inform us that house keeping is every 3 days. The location is good, close to freeway yet quiet. We will not be returning, especially knowing of all the other nice hotels in the area.
Breakfast is absolutely extraordinary (I don't know how they afford it).
I never fill out these ratings, but in this case wanted to do so because this hotel really deserves it.
