The Lobby, elevators and hallways were all clean and welcoming. Our room was very clean, comfortable and yes, I checked the bedding. It was clean and fresh (no hair or bedbugs). Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Love the new coffee system. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly. We stay at this location every year as we travel south.

I Love the Best Western Hotel we stayed in in Marion, AR everyone was so friendly and hospitable!!! We ate at the Seafood Shack!!! I did not like the wait staff at the Seafood Shack, The waitress was rude and they tried to overcharge us for our meal!!! Then she got another waitress that came and tried to make like she was the manager!!! But she was not!!! Yes it is very easy to get around Marion!! The price was the only thing that I was offput about and the breakfast menu; should have had a protein, you need that to start a big day. No bacon or sausage after paying over $200. for a night stay. But bed was comfy and room was clean.

Not having to climb into a tub was a definite plus! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the Marion Arkansas area and needing a peaceful night’s rest! I look forward to visiting again!
