The heat didn’t work. I was charged iver $300 for a 2 night stay. I was lied to by a lady who works at the front desk who another lady told me was new and never should’ve told me that I questioned my bill and they told me they charge me an extra $50 for incidentals but that money would come off after I left the money never came off, and they actually charged me even more money, when I called to ask them about it, they literally told me call booking.com. It’s their problem not mine I never have problems with hotels as I keep myself and never complain the toilet flushed, but you had to put all your pressure down on it to flush it I dropped some thing and it rolled under the sink and I found about 10 things under there so obviously it’s never cleaned , the TV in the living room didn’t work. I have no idea if the heat work because the thermostat is from the 70s and I never heard anything kick on for the most part. The staff was nice but when you question anything they make you feel like the person who’s wrong and I felt gaslighted .
