Less than 30 minutes’ drive from Dewey Beach and Delaware Seashore State Park, this Long Neck motel offers guest rooms with free Wi-Fi. Rehoboth Boardwalk is 12 miles away.

There should have been a lower seat for handicap persons to sit in. Beds were way too soft and high. Had a hard time getting into bed. Was very convenient for a benefit at The Am Vets.

    Room was clean and internet was decent. Frig was leaking water due to high humidity. AC worked fine. Breakfast was very plain but coffee was good which was a plus. Nice location next to grocery store and other food places. Staff was very helpful. This is not a 3 or 4 star hotel but a nice basic staycation place.

    it was our first time staying at a Avid hotel, it was new, clean, good price and great location. This hotel was perfect, it had everything. We would for sure stay here again or at a Avid hotel when traveling.

    The only choice for breakfast sandwiches was bacon, egg and cheese and they were very dry. The bananas were very green. Everything else that the hotel provided was good. The location was convenient for us.

    We had our car breakdown a few miles from this hotel. They allowed us to stay in the lobby for several hours after check out until our vehicle was fixed and were very kind and accommodating.
