This hotel is perfectly located for a visit to Sesame Place - you can just walk over and be there in 3-5 minutes. There is plenty of parking spaces and rooms are roomy enough. This was our second visit and we booked a similar room to last time, given our previous positive experience.

Cost less than surrounding hotels Head of housekeeping went the extra mile to help me-carried my grandbaby's pack n play down 3 floors all the way to my car. Was concerned with this "cheaper" hotel reputation that there would be more trouble during New Year's Eve stay, but there wasn't a lot of ruckus.

The elevator was seriously questionable. Doors were jammed and wouldn't open all the way consistently. The phone was missing. I was seriously concerned there was a real possibility we could get stuck in the elevator. The lady that helped me was very accommodating and deserves a raise. We had very sick boys and she helped us get as comfortable as possible.
