The Graham & Co., hotel in Phoenicia

Set in Phoenicia, 43 km from Catskill State Park, The Graham & Co. Offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden.

The location is great. The room was really nice, quite simple but comfy. I enjoyed the grounds, with the Den where you can relax and watch dvds and the bonfires lit in the garden. It feels very homely.

The property is so beautiful, everything is thought to the details - from the bonfire place outside by the river, to the camping tools, bath or kitchen facilities, or recommendations paper. Tena was very nice and welcoming, it was a perfect place to relax in nature with good conditions

Pine Hill Arms Hotel, hotel in Phoenicia

Nestled in the Catskills, this hotel is just 5 minutes’ drive from the Belleayre Mountain Ski Center and features an on-site restaurant and bar. Various hiking trails are an easy walking distance...

The Pine Hill Arms was very cosy and well run. Our room was basic but very clean with plenty of fresh towels and nice quality cotton bedding. The hotel was obviously run w a lot of love and care by Jane and her team. This is the friendliest staff and guests too. Many guests drink and dine in the ski lodge inspired restaurant. We met so many of the guests who I was told live there on the weekends to come up to ski. We’ll be back for sure.

Morning Glory captured our heart. We were there for two nights, the vibe is restful and peaceful. Beautiful house, gorgeous art, paintings created by family members. Diane is the perfect host, patient, thoughtful, giving great suggestions on hikes, walks, local events. Breakfast was delicious, she was able to accommodate our gluten and dairy free diet. A gem, will definitely be back!

Beautiful scenery nestled in the Catskills.

Beautiful scenery nestled in the Catskills. Also means limited cell service in some spots. Do your homework on where to stay. Full Moon Resort is closeby. Lamplighter Inn also good. Avoid Graham n Co.

Phoenica is a small pretty town with a few interesting stores, activities and fast food. Be wary, everything closes down very early. Finding healthy meals was not an option. Only fast foods. We loved the rail bike rides, the playhouse show and the convenience of basic needs with some fun shops. Very very small town of four blocks and it closes down by 7. There are no restaurants/diners around and the prices are steep for a family of 3 adults. I suggest a look at what's there to do in the area prior to visiting. The good length of stay is about three days. Make sure your stay is air conditioned.
