Took my wife out for our ten year anniversary, I have stayed at doubletree Hilton before in Florida and Vegas i absolutely loved both stays this one was not so pleasant due to our toilet was very very loud my wife and I ended up leaving at 7 am because she couldn’t take the noise anymore I forgot my phone and a few other items but left key in room🤦🏾‍♀️ While accommodating my wife’s needs. Sabrina at the font desk was amazing! I told her my issue while walking out to the wife home when I came back she informed me she was going to give me a full refund but couldn’t because I booked through Booking.com. Sabrina and Chad were both absolutely amazing they went above and beyond thank you to them both again they both deserve raises
