I fortunately I catch in the bad rainstorm I got it room 201 that it’s a corner room. Unfortunately I have overnight where we have been and rain. Just kidding to my window. I couldn’t sleep bed not comfortable to sleep. I’m not sure look like it, not bed mattress, but I can sleep. It was too small and heavy.

Walking around the Village of Smithville and browsing in all the shops was very nice and relaxing. There are 3 State parks close by with walking trails or to go bird watching. We had a wonderful dinner at the Smithville Inn the food was great the prices reasonable the atmosphere was great. Had breakfast at the Village Bakery the food was great and reasonable. Many baked goods to eat or bring home. There is really nothing that I would avoid the next time I visit.

Love the shops.
Love the shops. The restaurants were packed for dinner and the wait was 45 min to an hour and half. With it being the last weekend before Christmas it was understandable. Smithville was a wonderful surprise.
Smithville was a wonderful surprise. A unique experience for my teenage grandchildren. They gave up going back to the beach to hang out in the village! What a great place. i stayed in the “Barn” which is a converted barn made into beautiful rooms located at the back of the property. The rooms were large.After I checked in I was offered free Cookies and coffee. Free breakfast was offered in the morning. Received 10% off coupon for several shoppes located on the property.

Booked this last minute to join some friends in LBI 50 mins away, and I would’ve loved to stay longer to explore Smithville.
