My first room was perfect but the tv didn’t work so they gave me a new room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. So I had to change the sheets/towels myself. The staff was super friendly. Housekeeping may have been busy and didn’t get to every room. I think it’s worth another shot from them. The customer service more than covered for what didn’t go well.

The staff. My whole weekend stay the manager was not on site. The smell of gas by the pool. The front desk have a CHILD that was not mines a key to my room and deactivated mines while I was gone. They didn’t have everything for breakfast. They did keep up with the water from the pool in the elevator. They didn’t keep clean towels. The air conditioning was leaking water and above it the the paint was falling. Also the it was big cock roaches. I would have changed my hotel but most of them was booked because of the basketball ball tournament. Then again the manager was not on site to talk to.

Was here for a class reunion.
Was here for a class reunion. The venues were very convenient. The nearby restaurants were good. We especially
enjoyed Papadeaux. Ate there 2X in 6 days.
Nice shopping at First Colony Mall. Did not
do sightseeing in Stafford as all our tours were pre-arranged - Houston, NASA, Galveston and San Antonio.
We stayed at this hotel for more than a week and during our stay, we never encountered any issues with the staff nor with the property. I loved that there was a complimentary laundry supplies and the cost of using their laundry equipment was also cheap and affordable compared to the other hotels that we've been. The location was also safe and quiet. The staff were very courteous, helpful, and very kind. Parking was also secure and well lit.
We liked the free breakfast which contained cereals, breads, spreads, juices, yogurts, and hot food. We also liked the location which is right off the I-69. Plus, there is an Aldi, a Walgreens, and a Starbucks a minute away by car or a 12 minute walk away. Plenty of towels, shampoos, and a kitchen fully stocked with utensils and cutlery was nice.
A good hotel for the money you are paying. It is between Sugarland and Chimney Rock so it was convenient for me to move to either direction. There was ample parking space and the staff was very helpful too. I stayed there twice during my visit to Houston.
There was no hot water and they weren’t nice about it. They just said we don’t have hot water and if it doesn’t work for you, you can stay elsewhere. When asked if they would offer incentives or discount they straight up said no. Not polite.
I enjoyed the breakfast and my room. The staff was very friendly, receptive and helpful when asked about outside amenities. The distance from the hotel to the place that I needed to get to was perfect!
loved the common areas, Texas waffles and coffee in the lobby, close to shopping and the rooms with the curtain divider really made it feel cozy and as noiseless as a hotel can be; and a dog park!
I liked the convenience of their booking policy. No prepay free cancellation. Even though the price was higher than I expected it is still a much better value than most other hotels in the area.
I didn’t even get to stay in the hotel they said that it wasn’t booked but I have the confirmation number and etc too the room and the guy at the front desk try too talk over me every moment
I paid there n cancelled because the place is smelling to much I. An Elle’s its hard to find the hotel that time but thx booking .com I find the place i m with my family
