This hotel was a little dated and needed a deeper clean in some places.. It has no safety deposit boxes in the room and the staff were a bit indifferent, but all of this could be slightly overlooked because of the brilliant location.

Made and paid for three rooms. You only had two and I had to make other arrangements for my sister. Unbelievable! Then upon checkout you charged a cancellation fee of $459 To my sisters credit card for a reservation that you said we didn’t have. That’s horrible.
