We visited Terra Haute to pick out a new puppy and to also enjoy a very quiet getaway, just the 2 of us. We did enjoy a couple of movies out plus several meals at restaurants. But the best part was just how relaxed and QUIET this hotel was!
We have reservations to return in 2 weeks to stay at the Sleep Inn and then bring our then 8-week-old pup home to our house in Illinois.
We would heartily recommend this Inn to anyone! And the price was awesome!

Terre Haute is a convenient place to stay when passing through Indiana. There are lots of hotels right off the interstate and plenty of restaurants and gas stations. We have stayed here many times and will continue to. We like to eat at the Olive Garden when in Terre Haute.

La Quinta was the Worst hotel experience my family has had ever. Least accommodating hotel and staff I’ve ever seen. 0/10 would not recommend. There are 3 other hotels literally next door, save yourself some money and discomfort and choose one of the others.

At this time, I will not go back there.
At this time, I will not go back there. We were forgotten all 3 days we stayed there and had to go to get towels, toilet paper, coffee, never did anything to out room, not even empty trash. Our refrigerator did not work and we called about it the first night, they idn't even come check it. All the vendor machines were empty because of the kids running rapid all through the halls ,pool and hot tub. We couldn't even use the pool all 3 days, and the last day te hot tub was closed beacause it was a cloudy yellowish color, probably from all the kids. I was vey dissappointed in my stay and I have goe to this Holiday in for over 8 years. Never again.

We were in town for Rose-Hulman homecoming so the hotel was packed but staff did an excellent job handling guests. I liked the selection of different restaurants and the park down by the riverfront is beautiful.
Breakfast was yummy! The pool and hot tub were lovely. The door between the pool and the outdoor patio area was open, which was really nice. The popcorn machine was a hit with the kids. The overall design of the hotel was nice. My kids loved the balcony area overlooking the lobby. There is an Olive Garden nearby and we enjoyed the to go option.
We come to this hotel once a year after the holidays as a little get away for my two kids. The staff is always friendly the pool is big and nice with a nice hot tub, Breakfast is always great. Hotel also lets us check out at noon so the kids can get one more swim in after breakfast with no extra charge
Cockroaches and Bed bugs! And the manager said I was lying and said that I brought them. The rooms are trashed and disgusting. I didn’t even stay the whole time because it’s a run down drug hotel by the looks of some of the people hanging outside. Will not go back.
It looked new and modern. We were reading reviews and were worried about car break ins. The parking felt safe and well lit up. Breakfast was minimal but better than other La Quinta. Doesn’t have any smell despite being a pet friendly hotel.
The hotel is modest but clean and simple, don't expect much. It did NOT have any bed bugs. The staff seemed friendly and kind. This is a very modest cheap hotel so keep your expectations in check, however there is nothing wrong with it.
It was hard to like nearly anything in this hotel. The staff was usually friendly and able to help with simple things, like borrowing a small tool. I really can't compliment the place on anything else, unfortunately.
The room I booked was not the room I got nor was it worth what I paid. Not only did I not get a discount for a smaller room they also kept my last 30 dollars I used for a deposit. Which was completely unnecessary
