No restaurants were open after 6 PM on a Sunday evening during height of tourism season. We understand though as it was haying season. We were able to buy food at the local grocery store and microwaved our dinners.

Was very clean, well stocked and the a/c worked to keep a hot day be a bearable nights sleep. Ice machine fully loaded despite the heat. I felt this motel care for guests comfort and needs. The price was so fair, I’m generally a fancy hotel points kind of person and I often pay much higher rates. I’d be happy to stay again! Mingo did it all.ddebraUnited States

So, the location and the cost were good. Beds comfy, rooms designed like cabins- cute! Free bags of ice available. Room has fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a table for two perfect for small meals. Plenty of hot water and a deep bathtub.

Just at the top of the parking lot is an adorable coffee shop/cafe (Blonde Strawberry), and you can easily walk where you need to go in downtown Wallowa.
