It was the last day of the season and the entire town was closing down for winter so restaurants and such were a bit of a challenge but the accommodations were comfortable and well maintained and the staff was excellent.

Truly lovely spot, quiet and secluded. Not for swimming but on the high tide you can kayak about. Low tide is really a mud flat.

Very beautiful but there are relatively few things to do on Westport and no easy access to the water as far as I could see - an interesting organic brewery (12-5pm) and a really well kept historical trail (about 1 hour) - but that's about it!
