I had a special situation where I only needed a room for a cpla hours ( basically 3.5) while I waited for my family member to meet me. Then we were headed back to drive to NY, Paul’s allowed me access to the room immediately. She asked that I remain quiet during my visit, there were overnight nurses there trying to sleep before returning to their next shift.
I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall comfort of this hotel room.
I immediately fell asleep on the extremely comfortable Serta pillow-top mattress, as soon as my head hit the pillow! I wasn’t there long ( 3 hours) before I had to cut my trip short to meet and pick up family . I will definitely return. This hotel was amazing!

This inn is in an old building that has been renovated but left with it's immense charm! The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the temperature control was easy to use and managed temperature well. The bathroom was spacious and contained a large shower. The room was bright when you wanted the light, with windows facing two different directions, and dark when you wanted to close things up. We loved the "old world" feel and charm of the common area as well as the room itself. We never actually did a face to face with the staff but check-in and check-out was super easy with excellent instructions for access. Paula provided excellent communications and responded immediately by text whenever we checked with her.

The area is filled with outdoor activities and close to the resort. The Varsity in the hotel has great food and an awesome Sunday brunch. Big Draft Brewery, 50 East, April's, etc. are a short walk away and many local spots for great food and places to meet friends on Main.

It was a trip to my past and a chance to visit family and old friends. The town has a great Main Street with small shops and restaurants. It is a small town without a lot of traffic. I would suggest taking a tour of the Greenbrier during your visit.

Cute town with several shops.
Cute town with several shops. I did not have time to visit any shops due to my conference but enjoyed window shopping. I ate at Big Brewing and found the beer fantastic. They had several options for vegetarians. Downstairs from my hotel was a nice little restaurant. There is a coffee shop up the road too. Lots of outdoor activities hopefully, I can return to check out the trails

The location was perfect for anyone attending an event or conference at the Greenbriar. You could even walk if you wanted but the free parking makes driving easy as well. So much more room than at a hotel. The restaurant downstairs was good and the staff was great. Want some craft brews? On the other side of the parking lot is a beautiful new brewpub with a nice range of beer and fantastic food.
I highly recommend this place
The location of the Inn is really convenient, only a couple of minutes driving to the Greenbrier. The Inn is managed by the proprietors of the nearby restaurant, which was a convenient dinner option. The decor is really nice, and everything was incredibly comfortable.
The high tech toilets! 😯The staff was great!! We were there on Kentucky Derby weekend and the management let people in the restaurant go next door to a conference room to watch it on multiple big screen tvs. The hotel is has a comfortable lobby and is very clean!!
The restaurant/bar is beautiful and the breakfast food was very good. This is the first completely ADA approved boutique hotel in the country and it was fun to use the high tech features. The entire hotel is a great experience!
Great stay - cool concept! Loved the rooftop!
Staff was amazing - chef made recommendations for food and also spent time talking with us about the hotel and concept!
This was the perfect location to stay in the quaint little town of White Sulphur Springs.
I will definitely stay here again when my travels bring me back to this area.
I really enjoyed the excellent customer service and all areas of this hotel. Wendy, bar worker was friendly, helpful, and fast with service in drinks and food.
