Great location for our needs. Ample parking and lots of restaurant choices nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of choices.

The location down town was good for our purpose. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the water was hot and I slept well. Quiet location, several fast food places nearby as well as some local restraunts and pubs.

We weren't in there long, but I did however needed to print off some papers, and without any questions the guy at the front desk ask how he could be of service!!!! Thank you for that!!!!

The hotel manager was very rude and I think racist.
The hotel manager was very rude and I think racist. He told me to not give him an attitude - I think it was because I am white. Furthermore, he could not find the reservation we made with booking.com and said it was your fault and refused to look for another room for us. Finally , after about fifteen minutes, he miraculously found a room for us after shouting across the room that he would not help us until I chilled off. I did not have a bad attitude.
We are Marriott Bonvoy members and I have reported this to them.
We will not be using booking.com ever again.
Last but not least, we were charged $225.12 two times on our credit card.
