Double room with mountain view was lovely. Great value for money. Usually prefer room with balcony but that is more expensive in other hotels and weather forecast was bad. So we had 2 large windows to enjoy the fabulous surroundings. Staff were very accomodating and room cleaned daily if required.

Room was spacious and appeared clean. however on closer inspection areas needed cleaned better. Was disappointed as we had upgraded this to a balcony room. On arrival they said we had been upgraded to a vip room which this certainly wasn't. Settee and walls at bin were covered on stains and mirrors had not been cleaned. Also r door handle was broken however they did fix it promptly. Overall really disappointed with hotel cleanliness and staff interaction/service. Certainly not the standard we hv received to date with cheaper hotels.
