The staff were excellent. The location is in the country but it is easy to access the city. It is 15mins on motorbike or taxi.. The butterflies in the garden are incredible and we loved it

Worth travelling to Hue just to stay in this hotel!! Hue is amazing and is an added bonus but everything in this hotel is incredible, the staff, the food, the spa! We are on honeymoon and the staff made our stay so special with lots of extra attention and surprises for us. Didn't want to leave! Ngan & Hugen in the spa were fantastic, best massage and facial I've ever had!
