Excellent location and staff are all excellent. rooftop pool small but welcoming and small bar as well are a huge bonus in the old quarter room was large and everything you need. Breakfast was good with a decent selection.

Staff was really nice. The rooms were good. Unfortunately, there were construction works right next to the hotel. The staff told us that on our check in and offered free cancellation of the current booking if we can’t sleep because of that. That was really nice of them!

The location of the hotel is very central and convenient. It is very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff are all very well trained and customer service is par excellence. All the staff and especially the reception staff, were very friendly and helpful. They were very attentive to our needs and we were very well taken care of during our stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel, if we visit Hanoi again.
