The Hotel located in the old part of town, everything was close to us and we found ourself among the local people as soon as we stepped out the door of the hotel. The food was very tasty. Clean. Skybar is very pleasant. The staff is polite, flexible. Rosie was very kind and helpful.

Simple and elegant. The front desk staff are always helpful. MR Huyen and the young ladies at the front were just amazing. Always ready to help. They arranged the birthday decoration and flowers for my better half. The cake was in fact complimentary. Flowers were so good that she carried them back. Airport transfers were good. They provided Banana and snacks for each of our trips which was just amazing. The location is just superb and for Indian like us, tadka restaurant is right next to this hotel. Train street is less than 100mtrs and lot of shopping options around. Very easy to get grab but one needs to walk a few steps as the road is blocked for cars as there is a school. Toiletries provided were decent and free watter bottles are of decent size. Circle K super mart is at walking distance, so are the massge parlours.
