Large room with lovely view to the water. The manager was so helpful and organised a day cruise and a lo bus to Ninh Binh. The hotel was clean and breakfast was included in the rate. The hotel is close to where the cruises depart and we were driven in a golf buggy to the boat. The room was air conditioned and had a small balcony with a door.

The whole experience was awesome! Our cruise manager, Dan, was a really friendly and fun guide. He is also a great photographer. The night was really enjoyable as we danced and sang at the roof deck. All the staff are welcoming and accommodating too. The only thing that can be improved would be the rooms cleanliness I would say... We spot stains on both our blankets. In short will definitely recommend this tour!!!

We where picked up on time from Hanoi.. Arrived at boat and was very happy with the rooms. Great view from bed! The lunch and dinner was a great standard! The cruise manager was very helpful and all staff very helpful and friendly! Thanks also to bar manger who was very friendly during happy hour. Cooking demo was a nice touch. All in all great trip for 2 days and would recommend to all. Company very professional.

Lovely clean room. Beautiful bathroom with a great shower! The location is perfect for hopping on a cruise. The staff are also fantastic and helpful. They helped us organise a bus back to Hanoi with ease.
