Beautiful property! Very clean and the room was quiet (we were riverside upper floor.) Comfy medium firm mattress, good pillows and well furnished comfortable rooms. Honestly the loveliest hotel we stayed in Vietnam with the beat service. The manager and his team were all incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. They even happily gave us a room change to one with a bathtub on request with absolute no hassle. Great breakfast buffet and service at breakfast and in general was more 5 star than 4!

Lovely staff make this a great place to stay, the hotel is in a very good location, a little outside of the town but an easy walk along the river so the best of both. The room was spacious and comfortable. We also had massages which we enjoyed and the roof top pool is good when you need a little relaxation. Breakfast had great service and we were happy with the choices and selection.

We loved our stay with a view of the street below. Large rooms with a comfortable bed. Great location. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Delicious garden breakfasts wee a highlight. Thank you Hoian Central. We will be back.
