The landlady was really nice and warm greetings. She instructed how, when, where which never miss any single detail then we could find everything easily either to access location or get into the house. The interiors have enough eveything you need even the kitchenware if you prefer self-cooking. The location is great with a street full of food choices, small marts such as Aeon, Winmart, CircleK, etc... just 15 mins walk to the Swan Park which is amazing for who enjoy nature, green park, lake and friendly-kid playground. Cycling around the lake also a great option for family activity. We super enjoyed it.

My stay was a delightful surprise. Located in the serene outskirts of Hưng Yên, just outside of Hanoi, it offers a perfect blend of modern convenience and tranquil escape. The apartment was exactly like the pictures posted online. I was impressed by the modern amenities, thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, and its cleanliness. From the well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating, to the cozy living room in a modern, minimalist style, and the spacious bedroom, every aspect of the accommodation exuded warmth and comfort. The traditional Japanese-style table and chairs add an authentic touch to the decor but also invite guests to immerse themselves in a unique dining experience. The bedroom is spacious, with a window seat and bookcases on each side providing a cozy spot for enjoying the stunning view or reading a book, while the balcony, accessible through sliding glass doors in the living room, adds to the feeling of spaciousness and light. The satellite flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi allow for both entertainment and connectivity. Whether you are catching up on your e-mails or planning your next adventure, the desk area, located near the bedroom, provides a well-lit and comfortable workspace. The bathroom is modern, with a walk-in shower and toilet and hot water is available. The 2-way air conditioners, one in the bedroom and another in the living room, allow for controlling the temperature in each space, and they were working perfectly well. The washing machine and tumble dryer are very convenient for long stays or if you travel light. The on-site minimarkets are handy for buying essentials, and there is also a playground with a basketball court as well, making it an ideal place for families and sporty people. A big thanks to the friendly hosts whose level of attentiveness and genuine interest are much appreciated, and communication with them was excellent. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth arrival and stay.

This apartment is beautifully decorated! Also fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and helpful. It's a bit far from the city center, away from the hustle and bustle, but still a lovely location.

Definitely worth it, the facilities is great, the view is fine and i feel very comfortable with the service, they are extremely friendly and communicating!

As a picky guest, it's super hard for me to find an appropriate accommodation before traveling. Luckily, this apartment meets my requirements with tranquil atmosphere, modern furniture, clean restroom and nice service. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay in here. The host is nice and supportive. Thanks a lot!

Clean building, good restaurants around, little store to buy everything just next door, beautiful lake to walk around. Owner is one of the nicest and helpful people I’ve ever met, she will do everything she can for you to enjoy your stay.
