Beautiful view from hotel every room. Very clean and the Pool was Nice and refreshing. Very helpful staff they organised a motorbike for us and transport to town. I would definitely come back and stay again :)

A very beautiful stay at Sapa Clay House - outside of Sapa but easy to walk or arrange taxis and worth it for the great view and peaceful atmosphere. Swimming pool was gorgeous! Staff were very attentive and brilliant with my dietary requirements (coeliac/gluten free and vegan!)

Excellent place to stay if you're looking to stay out of crowded touristy sapa and if you want to be close to nature and peace. The best part was the amazing view. It was not the golden paddy field season but waking up to the vast mountain and valley view was truly magnificent. The walk around the area / village was slow paced, peaceful - really what I needed to quiet and slow down. They run a cafe next to the accommodation where my free breakfast and coffee is served - overlooking an amazing view. I got a free upgrade by luck! Staff were also honest - left my camera in their cafe and only realised after the cafe closed. The owner was easily contactable and thankfully staff kept my camera safely! Toilet was reasonable. Bed was comfortable.

From the second I booked Rose and Rex were both so helpful. I was arriving late night into Sapa and they arranged a taxi for me. The room was beautiful with an amazing balcony view. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. The breakfast was perfect and the trek organised by them was ideal!

Stunning views across the valley. Such a friendly welcome and Huy was fabulous. He helped us with taxis, trekking and recommended a fabulous spa at the clay house which is a short walk from Rosie House. Room was clean with comfy beds. We booked the deluxe bungalow which had amazing views from the balcony. Food in Sapa Rosie was great too. It’s a short taxi ride from central Sapa but can be walked in about 45 mins. Some treks start from Sapa Rosie, it’s in a lovely quiet setting overlooking the valley but also close to Sapa town

It was a really great, accommodation, the view, the host. We received a very warm welcome. We had the room with the balcony and the view to the rice fields. It was really amazing and unique. Also the host family was very nice and If I had any questions they helped me and I had a lot :-) we also had very good tours through them. We can absolutely recommend it.
