Very spacious, beautiful Japanese-styled house in a Japanese-styled villa complex. Nicely decorated and equipped with plenty of amenities. Private onsen and saunas are fully functional and easy to use. Staff offered to drive me from the house to the public onsen however I enjoyed walking the 100-200m and enjoying the promenade and views.

It was very close to the start of the Ha long bay marathon. The beds were comfortable and there was a fridge.

Reception staff were excellent. Good English, went way above and beyond to help me. Hotel is new in a new area, 2 block from the bay, and near the history museum. Good restaurants all over, some are excellent.
