The place is very clean and modern with a full sized kitchen with all the utensils. There are a lot of new restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the apartment so there is little reason to cook your own meals. There is also a clothes washing machine if you need it and there is plenty of natural air flow through the apartment for your clothes to dry quickly. The hot water worked very well compared to other places we have stayed in Vietnam. The apartment building in general is very clean. There is also secure parking underneath the building at the cost of 7k for a motorbike. Ri the host was very helpful and takes pride in keeping the apartment clean as well as looking after all his plants.
