This hotel is in the heart of town, near great cafes and the Sapa Funicular railway to Mount Fansipan.
The cafe on the ground level was efficient and delicious.
The guy ‘Ian’ on the desk was very helpful, Organising taxis and providing useful information.
One of our group was unwell and chose to stay in and delicious soup was delivered in 10 minutes.

The staff were so kind and helpful. Always available and spoke excellent English. View room was so lovely. Only a short walk down to the business. Located next to some lovely restaurants. Early check in was available to have a shower and sleep for a small fee after travelling on the night bus.

Double room with mountain view was lovely. Great value for money. Usually prefer room with balcony but that is more expensive in other hotels and weather forecast was bad. So we had 2 large windows to enjoy the fabulous surroundings. Staff were very accomodating and room cleaned daily if required.
