The hotel owner is very nice and friendly. His name is Quang. He asks what you need and can he help you? I booked his tour to visit Phong Nha cave and Paradise cave. After the trip ended, he still asked me if I enjoyed the trip or not? I really appreciate his attention and behind the scenes. The next day, he called me early for a taxi early in the morning to catch my train. Thank you Quang very much!
